Four Corners Community Health Centre has opened. Four Corners CHC is a 11,000 SF satellite of WellFort Community Health Services, located at Westwood Mall in Mississauga. The community health centre satellite provides health promotion and illness prevention programs for the local community through primary health care and dental services offering programs and services to those living in Malton who experience barriers to good health.

Our Rexdale Community Health Centre satellite located in the City of Toronto’s Rexdale Community Hub on Panorama Court in Rexdale is now open. We had initially done the feasibility study for the City that led to the acquisition of this former school for the purposes of the Rexdale Community Hub, so that the completion of this CHC as a major hub anchor tenant represents the culmination of nine years of background work.
