Our Rexdale Community Health Centre satellite located in the City of Toronto’s Rexdale Community Hub on Panorama Court in Rexdale is now open. We had initially done the feasibility study for the City that led to the acquisition of this former school for the purposes of the Rexdale Community Hub, so that the completion of this CHC as a major hub anchor tenant represents the culmination of nine years of background work.

We recently completed the fit-out of the new headquarters for a health sector not-for-profit provincial Crown agency, carried out through the Province of Ontario’s Infrastructure Ontario. The space, which occupies a floor of a large office building in downtown Toronto, was designed and executed on a very tight timeframe, and accommodates 165 staff, some of whom operate on a 24/7 basis, with extensive support infrastructure. The second of our projects for New Frontiers Aboriginal Residential Corporation (NFARC) has now reached occupancy. This project, on St. Clair Avenue East, provides 22 units of affordable rental housing for families of indigenous ancestry. Check out the project profile here.
