St. Jude Community Homes, 393 Dundas St. E

This 7,000 SF, four-storey, 12-unit deeply affordable housing development for St. Jude Community Homes is currently under construction. Located on a very tight site formerly used as a parking lot, the project exemplifies urban residential infill housing. The adjacent St. Jude's main facility provides critical supports for residents, thereby also providing much needed housing where it is needed.
